April 15, 2020 – Annual Report and e-postcard Deadline

IMPORTANT: The Internal Revenue Service requires that each chapter file out an e-POSTCARD (online) directly to the IRS. For our e-postcard instructions, click here  (here for filling out for the first time.)  Instructions from the IRS, click here

Failure to file the e-Postcard will jeopardize your chapter’s membership and the tax-exempt status of Alpha Pi Mu.

You will be asked on your Annual Report if you have filed an e-postcard with the IRS.

You no longer need to send an email to the National office notifying us that you have filed the e-postcard.

(If you need your tax ID number, please let us know.)

Outstanding Chapter Award

For those chapters interested in applying for this award, please see rules on page 2 of the Procedures Manual.

We encourage all chapters to participate.

Initiation of New Members

Send to the National Office:

1. Completed Initiation Report Form. Please double-check ALL information; misspelling or

incorrect information will lead to extra costs for the chapter.

2. ONE check for the total amount ($45.00 per initiate)

Membership cards are no longer required.

General Information

Your representative on the Alpha Pi Mu Executive council is your Regional Vice President. They are listed on the letterhead and on the website under APM Regions, and you should work closely with them on issues of concern or just the routine business of your chapter.

If your chapter has a website address, please let us know so we can include them on our website.

Remember that graduate students and faculty should also be considered for membership.

APM graduation stoles can be ordered directly from Kalamazoo Regalia at
