It is with great sadness, we share with the Alpha Pi Mu family the loss of Dr. Shibab Asfour. He served the APM Executive Council for the last 10 years, including holding the office of president 2016-2018. We know you all share in our condolences to the family and our appreciation for his dedication to Alpha Pi Mu.
Important Due Dates and Information for Chapters
• IMPORTANT: The Internal Revenue Service requires that each chapter file out an e-POSTCARD (online) directly to the IRS. For our e-postcard instructions, click here (here for filling out for the first time.) Instructions from the IRS, click here
Failure to file the e-Postcard will jeopardize your chapter’s membership and the tax-exempt status of Alpha Pi Mu.
You will be asked on your Annual Report if you have filed an e-postcard with the IRS.
You no longer need to send a separate email to the National office notifying us that you have filed the e-postcard, it will be part of the ANNUAL REPORT.
(If you need your tax ID number, please let us know.)
For those chapters interested in applying for this award, please see rules on page 2 of the Procedures Manual.
We encourage all chapters to participate.

Your representative on the Alpha Pi Mu Executive council is your Regional Vice President. They are listed on the letterhead and on the website under APM Regions, and you should work closely with them on issues of concern or just the routine business of your chapter.
If your chapter has a website address, please let us know so we can include them on our website.
Remember that graduate students and faculty should also be considered for membership.
APM graduation stoles can be ordered directly from Kalamazoo Regalia at HonorGrads.com.
